Completed in 2008, Waterplace Residence was designed to integrate a water resort into a residential development. Wrapped with a touch of Mediterranean, this development consist of 6, 32 storey strata title condominium towers and 1 Service Apartment tower with a total of more than 2100 units. Waterplace Residence pioneered the high rise residential development in the West of Surabaya.
